The Wonder Patch Sleep Patches

Bought these because I’m terrible for remembering gummies or making herbal tea before bed. Really easy to use which is a bonus.

Really nice product and they stayed on much better than I expected. Took me a couple of goes to work out where I preferred wearing them, but upper arm works perfectly for me.

I was worried the patch might peel off while I slept, but it stayed in place without any problems. Easy to apply, clear on the skin and comfortable to wear.

I have been using these as part of my wind down routine and really enjoy them. They are simple to use and much less fuss than tablets or gummies
