The Wonder Patch Magnesium Patches

My sister suggested magnesium patches after I mentioned I didn’t want to take any more capsules. I wasn’t convinced I’d remember to use them, but leaving the pack next to my toothbrush has helped. They’re comfortable on my arm and I like that they’re clear. I’ve bought another pack to keep in my travel bag.

I took the magnesium patches away for a long weekend instead of packing another bottle of supplements. They took up hardly any space in my bag, and I could just put one on in the morning before heading out. I’ve carried on using them since I got home because they’re easy to fit into my day.

I started using these as a replacement to my Magnesium capsules, I have found them easy to use just stick on and leave for 24 hours. Highly recommend if your like me and struggle with capsules.
